General terms and conditions for online marketing of THAIco SPA products and services

THAIco SPA is the trade name of ORIENTAL THAI SPA SRL CUI: 36438592 Trade Register J40/11029/2016, VIP EVENTS SRL CUI: RO 25267799 Trade Register: J40/3309/2009, THAICO WELLNESS SRL CUI: 36810113 Trade Register: J40/15982/2016 and THAICO SPA SRL CUI: RO38366107 Trade Register: J40/8151/2020, a legal entity of Romanian nationality, having its registered office in Bucharest, Intrarea Sevastopol nr.1, sector 1 with number in the Trade Register J40/11029/2016 , unique tax registration code 36438592 (hereinafter "THAIco SPA" or "we"). For the purposes of data protection legislation, we are an operator when processing your personal data.

Conditions for online trading of Gift Cards

The following terms have the following meanings:

Gift Card - is a document that certifies payment for medical/relaxation services at THAIco Spa. The services are predefined and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If the timeframe expires, the service is non-refundable. The value of the gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift cards are transferable and allow personalisation with the name of the person who will benefit from the services purchased.
After purchasing the gift cards online, the beneficiary can pick up the printouts at the reception desk or by email to an address that will be communicated at the time of purchase.

The customer has the right to notify THAIco Spa in writing that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days after the payment of the gift card, which date is considered to be the activation date of the gift card, if the customer has not used the services sold.

If the client has used the services marketed at a distance, i.e. has benefited from the health centre's facilities, he/she will pay for the services consumed at the list rates for non-members, which are available in the Gift Card section.
After the expiry of the 10-day period from the time of payment / date of activation of the gift card, the customer can no longer cancel the services paid for.

The codes on the coupons received can ONLY be used at the THAIco SPA reception.

Booking with Voucher/Gift Card – Cancellation or modification of the reservation made with the Voucher/Gift Card must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the Voucher/Gift Card becomes invalid.

How to purchase gift cards

Channels and payment methods for gift cards:

At the THAIco SPA reception, the opening hours of the reception are 10:00 - 22:00. Payment can be made by cash or card. The receipt, invoice and gift card(s) are issued on the spot. If the beneficiary is not the same as the person who paid, the following information is required: name, surname, email address, phone number.
Direct from www.thaicospa.ro by filling in the online purchase form and paying via the MobilPay platform. And the gift card will be sent electronically to both the buyer and the beneficiary (if not the same person).

Gift Card - is a document that certifies the payment of services within THAIco SPA. The services are predefined and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If the card is not used within the validity period, the service cannot be refunded. The value of the gift card cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift

Card is unique and cannot be replaced in case of loss or damage.

After purchasing the gift cards online, the recipient can pick up the printouts at the front desk or by emailing an electronic gift card to an address they will provide at the time of purchase.

After 14 days from the time of payment / date of activation of the gift card, the customer can no longer cancel the services paid for.
